Okay, here is my newest deck. It's strictly a casual deck, and also a budget deck. I'd like to keep it as Kamigawa-block as possible, mostly for synergy with the spiritcraft cards (and also because a bulk of my blue cards are Kamigawa block)

11 Islands
10 Plains
3 Cloudcrest Lake

4 Waxmane Baku
3 Teller of Tales
3 Teardrop Kami
1 Windborn Muse
1 Soramaro, First to Dream
1 Yosei, the Morning Star

2 Stream of Consciousness
3 Consuming Vortex
3 Ideas Unbound
3 Oppressive Will
3 Quash

1 Ghostly Prison
2 Honden of Cleansing Fire
2 Honden of Seeing Winds

2 Orb of Dreams
2 Isochron Scepter

The deck idea was formed around cards that tap down my opponents- or make 'em sleep, as my playgroup says. I personally don't like GP being in there, but I do like Windborn Muse- it's one mana more, but for that 1 mana I get a Ghostly Prison with a 2/3 flier attached to it that interacts with spiritcraft triggers. I would put more in, but I have only one at the time, and in case I didn't stress it before, this deck is pretty damn budget.

Cards I'm questioning are Quash, Soramaro, and the Prison.

I've played this deck 4 times since I made it Saturday morning, and so far it has won every game (first time against Green Stompy, second time against a Red/Black Kiki-Jiki Discard Deck, third game against a RG Spiritcraft deck, and finally against WU Control.)

Any suggestions on making this tighter without compromising theme? (I'm a Johnny, I could care less how tournament viable it is, I just want to do fun things ultimately.)
